Person 1 (P1): a leader, loves to handle events with her as the central figure & everyone else assisting

Person 2 (P2): a post-holder, 1 level below P1, handles many student events, just want to get things done

Person 3 (P3): non-post holder, just helping out, equally capable but does not want posts

Boss: the boss, empathetic, understanding, efficient, also wants to get things done

Naturally all instructions come from the Boss.

P2 feels P1 is not comfortable when P2 gets things moving along.

P1 wants to be close to the Boss & be in his good stead. P1 is already!

P3 is neuro-divergent and do not feel any sentiments.

Eventually everything gets done but it strained the relationship between P1 and P2. P3 is protected because P3 is oblivious... and nobody tells the Boss, because he doesn't need to know.
