This colloquial phrase is informally used when one responds to an obvious statement.

For example, I saw this in one my news feeds "Oprah finally lets cameras into her $90M house, and it's gorgeous". Respond with "Abudennn" (emphasis is mine). Because obviously it should look good. Well it can look tacky too, but chances are the contractors and ID team will be able to work some magic within the modest budget of $90M.
