He's everything you need

He's everything inside of you

That you wish you could be

He says all the right things

At exactly the right time

But he means nothing to you and you don't know why

We've had these persons in our lives before. They may be great friends and in many cases genuine. However you don't see things working out romantically with them, or them being in your life other than being a friend.

There is this particular person in my life. He has passed on so I won't name him (neither have I named anyone in any of my previous blogs but this time I wont even give his initials). Absolutely a lovely person in and out. Wholesome. Not bad looking either. Tall, fair, funny, kind & pleasant. Says the right things at the right time. From a stable family. What's not to like?

I put it down to "jodoh". My heart didn't open for him. I married my husband (now ex-husband) and he got married to a sweet lady. They have 2 children, whom she's taking care of after his passing.

May he soul be blessed by Allah SWT. May he be granted Jannah. May his wife and children be protected by the Almighty at all times. Aamiin
