Springtime

While driving to work on 24 April (can you tell that my blogs are not real-time?), I noticed that certain flowering plants are in bloom. A burst of colours appear in the previously green shrubbery. Yellows and reds and pinks, simply lovely. I suppose at this time of year most parts of the world will be celebrating spring, the season of growth. I remember fondly the tulips in bloom in Spain during our trip there (or was that during the summer month?). You can tell that my memory is slowly failing me. This is probably as good a reason as any to blog. Toodles.

One Day in May

This post is about 2 weeks overdue, as I had planned to write it on 17 April. While driving to work, a thought came across my mind of a rhyming blog: "A day in May"

A day in May
As pleasant as day
As beautiful as the sun's ray
Makes me want to sway,
And stay
Happy and gay

How's that for a first attempt? (This, by the way, is a rhetorical question)

Death by Extreme Guilt

Currently caving in from excess guilt, in every aspect. Should let things go, as other people would have forgotten (& forgiven me, hopefully) by now.

The Cost of Education

How much does a degree cost? Is it worth cheating for? Is it worth getting caught and penalised for? What do we learn from it all? In the end, it is just a piece of paper?

I'm afraid I can't explain much more than the questions that appear above. We're having to deal with cases of cheating in the exams, blatant in its execution, I might add.
