Heartbreak

I probably should not take this personally because the whole mess was caused purely by ignorance. Does it mean that my two year term amounted to nothing? Had we not made the tiniest bit of difference in the students' lives? I suppose not, as the retention rate is still not good enough.

This is where I should suck it up & move on. It is just not worth fighting an ignorant person in a top position, who remember you as a young lecturer with no experience whatsoever. For the record, I have grown up and I have made a difference sir!!!
