Sheer Luck

Staying with me right now are my 3 girls.

Lucky am I to not have picky eaters. They eat what I cook so long as it is chicken and the occasional fish.

Our staple food (or rather, my repertoire) is limited to the following choices: chicken soup; steamed fish; chicken & mushroom; chicken in soy sauce; chicken sambal (or fish sambal); baked fish or chicken; chicken (or fish) curry; fish asam pedas (this one I learnt to make during the March/April MCO); gulai udang; ayam masak cili padi; lasagna; boiled or steamed stuff (for example: lala or crabs); fried noodles; fried rice (basically I am pretty good with frying things); chicken stew (this I learnt recently during the Sept/ Oct MCO).. and variations to the above.

I am not one of those who can cook at the drop of a hat. Cooking unfortunately is not my favourite thing to do, but I try to feed my children. So any recipe ideas are welcome, so long as it is not too complicated & the ingredients not too hard to find.
