Nuts

There has to be a better understanding and linguistic attachment to mental health. This, I believe.

Having had personal experience with anxiety, and it appears to an ongoing thing (but at least now I understand the trigger), I fully support the need to seek help. No one should judge or label or dismiss (the condition). It is what it is. It is not something that we brought upon ourselves. It is not something that can be "switched off" or "get over". It is an internal battle that the world does not see. It may be hereditary in some cases, but not always. Most importantly something has to be done about it.

On a lighter note, and looking at my family history, I may have had family members who are OCD, or ADHD, or on the autistic spectrum... only that at that time/ era there is no explaining of that behaviour. You just accept that person as weird/ unique/ eccentric, since they're family, and you love them as they are.

I have had therapy sessions in the past, and now see there are individuals around me who may need help. The next challenging to do, is to ask them to seek help.
